Terms and Conditions
Agreement to Terms
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using services provided by Daysies Exterior Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services provided by the Company.
Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

Interior and exterior window cleaning

Commercial window cleaning
-
Window sill and frame cleaning
-
Gutter, Fascia and Soffit cleaning
-
Gutter Clearance and downpipe checks
-
Additional exterior cleaning services (if applicable)
All services will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard methods and equipment.
Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from those disclosed (e.g., excessive debris, construction residue, unsafe access).

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges.
Scheduling & Access

The customer agrees to provide safe and clear access to all areas scheduled for cleaning.

Utilities (including water and electricity) must be available if required.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions (high winds, storms, lightning, etc.).

If access is not available at the scheduled time, a cancellation or trip fee may apply.
Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept Bank Transfer, Cash and Cheques.

Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

The customer is responsible for any collection fees or legal costs incurred due to non-payment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge for any work scheduled in this time period.
Safety & Access Limitations

The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Customers must disclose any known hazards including unstable glass, loose frames, damaged seals, or unsafe surfaces.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, glass, seals, frames, or surrounding areas.
Pre-Existing Conditions
The Company is not liable for:

Scratched, cracked, or chipped glass

Failed window seals
-
Oxidized, brittle, or deteriorated frames
-
Loose grids or damaged screens
-
Construction debris that permanently scratches glass (fabrication debris)
Any pre-existing damage observed may be documented before service begins.
Hard Water & Stain Removal
Hard water stain removal and construction debris removal may require restoration techniques. While we use professional methods, complete removal cannot always be guaranteed depending on the severity and duration of staining.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address any service-related concerns at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion.
Liability Limitations

The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Insurance
We maintain general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Commercial Service Agreements
For recurring commercial clients:

Service frequency will be outlined in the service agreement.

Pricing may be adjusted annually with written notice.

Either party may terminate recurring services with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in contract.
Weather Policy
Services may be postponed due to inclement weather conditions. Light rain does not typically affect window cleaning quality, but safety remains our top priority.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labour shortages, or supply chain disruptions.
Website Use
All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of Daysies Exterior Cleaning Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Privacy
Customer information is used solely for service communication, billing, and internal purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
